Hotel Mandji reserves the right to modify these TCU at any time. The applicable TCU are those in force at the time of use of the Website. All costs related to accessing the Website (computer hardware, software, internet connection, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the User. The Website allows Users to submit online booking requests. These requests do not constitute a firm and definitive booking. Any booking is only confirmed after express validation by Hotel Mandji, communicated by email or telephone. Hotel Mandji reserves the right to refuse any booking request, particularly in the event of unavailability, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the User, or for any other legitimate reason. Specific conditions relating to bookings (cancellation, modification, guarantee) are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) available on the Website.

Room and service rates at Hotel Mandji are expressed in CFA Francs (FCFA). Rates displayed on the Website are indicative and may be modified at any time without notice. Applicable rates are those in force at the time of booking confirmation by Hotel Mandji. Rates include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Payment methods accepted by Hotel Mandji include: cash (FCFA), bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers and mobile money. A deposit may be required to guarantee a booking, according to the conditions specified in the GTC.

Any cancellation or modification request must be sent to Hotel Mandji by email at infos@cityhotelmandji.com or by telephone at +241 11 55 72 34 / +241 65 05 03 60. The cancellation and modification conditions are as follows: - Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. - Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the arrival date may result in the first night being charged. - In case of no-show, the full first night will be charged. Specific conditions applicable to promotional offers or special rates may differ and are specified at the time of booking.

Hotel Mandji shall not be held liable for the non-performance or delay in the performance of any of its obligations if such non-performance or delay results from a case of force majeure within the meaning of Gabonese legislation and applicable case law. The following are considered cases of force majeure, without this list being exhaustive: natural disasters, fires, floods, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, armed conflicts, acts of terrorism, government decisions, internet or telecommunications network failures, and any other unforeseeable, irresistible event beyond the control of Hotel Mandji.

These TCU are governed and interpreted in accordance with the law of the Republic of Gabon. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or validity of these TCU, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution as a priority. Failing amicable resolution within thirty (30) days from notification of the dispute, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Port-Gentil, Republic of Gabon.

Hotel Mandji reserves the right to modify these TCU at any time, without notice. Modifications take effect upon their publication on the Website. The User is invited to regularly consult the TCU to take note of any modifications. Use of the Website after the publication of modified TCU constitutes full and complete acceptance of the new terms by the User.
